teens should never get too busy living to take time to renew themselves. when teens "sharpen the saw" they are keeping their personal self sharp so that they can better deal with life. it means regurlarly rewing and streghtning the four key dimensions of life
-body, mind, heart, and soul
- body. eat wholesome foods, fruits, vegetables, legumes. avoid illegal drugs, smoking, alcohol, tobacco products, tatooing. exercise regurlarly and effectevely. get plenty of rest at night. get to bed at night and get up early each morning. "early to bed early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise."
- mind. think posetively. read. study. think. analyze. seek to read a good book each month. then each week. ask intelligent questions. observe develop your mind through positive, "self-talk".
